Shipping Policy

At Raw Motivations, we work with Printful to fulfill and ship all orders. Because Printful operates multiple fulfillment centers worldwide, shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. Below, you’ll find details about how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing

Each order is processed as soon as it is received. Since we use Printful’s print-on-demand services, production times vary depending on the product type and demand. Typically, it takes 2–7 business days to create and fulfill apparel orders and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Shipping Times & Rates

Shipping times depend on your location and are estimated based on Printful’s shipping network. The average shipping times are:

USA: 3–6 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

International: 10–30 business days

These timeframes do not include fulfillment time. Printful partners with various carriers, including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services, to ensure the best delivery options.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination. In some cases, Printful may ship items separately to optimize delivery speed.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally to most countries; however, there are some locations where Printful cannot deliver due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations. If your country is not available at checkout, unfortunately, we cannot ship to your location at this time.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs fees once they reach your country. These charges are determined by your local government and are not included in your order total. As the customer, you are responsible for any customs-related fees. Printful does not control or collect these fees.

Shipping Delays & Issues

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we rely on our shipping partners to complete delivery. Printful and Raw Motivations are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect shipping addresses, or carrier-related issues. If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If an order is lost in transit, Printful may reship it at no extra charge after verifying the issue with the carrier. If an order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen packages.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because all orders are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or incorrect due to a manufacturing issue. If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@rawmotivations.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange for a replacement if necessary.

For orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, you may be required to cover additional shipping costs for re-delivery.

Split Shipments

To speed up delivery, Printful may fulfill and ship items from different locations. If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately. You will receive a tracking number for each package.

Refund & Return Policy

At Raw Motivations, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services that meet our customers’ expectations. Because of this, all sales are considered final, and we do not offer refunds or returns as a standard practice. However, we recognize that certain situations may require review, and we remain compliant with applicable consumer laws. If a refund is insisted upon, we will assess the request on a case-by-case basis.

Returns

While we do not encourage returns, they may be considered under exceptional circumstances or when legally required. Any return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests. To initiate a return request, contact us at support@rawmotivations.com. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Any items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, it is important to inspect it immediately upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, and plants, as well as custom or personalized items. Personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are also non-returnable. Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you are unsure about whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us before making your purchase.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way to resolve the issue is to place a new order after a return has been approved. This ensures minimal delay in receiving the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, without the need for justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags and packaging intact, and must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are not standard practice and are generally not offered. However, in cases where a return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that financial institutions may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received the funds, please contact us at support@rawmotivations.com.
